1 large Corn Cob,1/4 cup carrots, thin slice onion, 1 tbsp Walnuts, 1 tsp Olive Oil, salt, pepper
Dinner: Basic Salad with tomato and chilis
Dessert: Plum Blueberry Cobbler w/ Banana Soft Serve
