Monday's Meals
 Breakfast and Snack: 1/2 Honeydew Melon w/ orange flesh

Lunch: Apple Shake
Sour Apple Shake:
2 Dates, Cashew milk, 1 granny smith apple, lucuma powder, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg

Lunch: Spinach and Butter lettuce Salad and Sauteed Brussel Sprouts
Spinach and Butter lettuce Salad:
Butter Leaves
Spinach Leaves
Radishes Red Onion
Sunflower Seeds
