Challenge Week 1 Day 6

It's a HOT Hump Day! Here are my meals for Tuesday and Today!

Tuesday's Meals

Breakfast: Green Smoothie
Green Smoothie:
1 cup Blueberries
1 Pink Lady Apple
1/4 Avocado
1 Date

Lunch: Veggies and Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus


Dinner: Salad and Strawberry Shake
Salad:
Bib Lettuce
Spinach 
Cucumber
Sprouts
Bell Pepper
Tomato
Red Onion
Sunflower Seeds
w/ Olive Oil and Lemon dressing


Strawberry Shake:
1 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
Cashew Milk
Vanilla
1 Date
